The project involved a fit-out of approximately 323m2 of floor area on the ground floor of the premises located at Vikki Lane, Building B, 2 Graham Street, Auckland.
These works were carried out on behalf of the landlord, Augusta to enable the new tenant to move in.
The fit-out works were fast tracked through a building exemption process. Following a tender process, the contractor, Black Interiors, was awarded the contract to carry out these works. The original empty, concrete base shell was transformed into a high end office fit-out.
Timely coordination of client requests and close communication with the client, tenant and site team enabled a successful delivery of this project. The project has been delivered under budget and ahead of schedule with a satisfied client and tenant.
