Asha has over eight years of experience across a range of sectors both here in New Zealand and in the UK. She has worked with public sector as well as high profile private Clients and recently led the risk management process on an 88,000sqm commercial project in London.

Asha prides herself on being proactive and solutions focused and is not afraid to challenge the status quo to get a more cost efficient or timely outcome on her projects.

Asha has a multidisciplinary background and in addition to her project management experience, she has worked in valuation and for private developers in a client capacity. These roles have allowed Asha to understand the importance of value and comprehend implications of decisions beyond the immediate project duration. Her ability to put herself in the Client’s shoes will ensure she has your best interests at heart and reduce any unnecessary involvement from your team.

Asha has a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce, is a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
