Emma has been with TOBA since day one, bringing over 14 years of finance experience and a genuine love of numbers to the team.

Emma supports our Board with financial and strategic management, helping to keep the business on a steady, sustainable path.

You’ll usually find Emma deep in a spreadsheet, developing company budgets, managing cashflow, leading the finance function, and compiling our monthly financial reports. She first cut her teeth in finance with a project management company in Canada, before moving back home to New Zealand with her family and taking on a role supporting the finance back-end of an IT company.
