Gustavo is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 14 years of international experience delivering complex infrastructure, rail, and power-generation projects. His expertise spans electrical engineering, testing and commissioning, systems integration, and project delivery across high and low voltage environments.

Having worked across New Zealand, the Caribbean, Central America, South America and Africa, Gustavo brings a practical, delivery-focused perspective to complex projects. He is experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating critical system interfaces, managing technical risk, and supporting the transition from construction through commissioning to operational handover.
