Kevin has more than 15 years’ experience in architecture, design leadership, and client-side project delivery across commercial, industrial, residential, mixed-use, and recreation projects in New Zealand and Taiwan.

He brings a strong technical background in building design and coordination, and is particularly skilled at working with clients, consultants, and contractors to keep programmes, budgets, and design intent aligned.

At TOBA, Kevin manages projects from early briefing and design management through to procurement and delivery. His experience includes stakeholder engagement, consultant and contractor procurement, contract administration, and commercial review, helping clients make clear decisions and maintain confidence throughout the project lifecycle.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) and a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from the University of Auckland, and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.
