With a background in commercial and project management of large-scale new electricity network connections (customer load and generation), electricity markets and Power Purchase Agreements, plus modelling feasibility outcomes for solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems, Phil has a wealth of broad ranging expertise in NZ’s electricity sector.
