The Counties Energy Bombay to Ramarama 110kV Transmission Line was end-of-life network infrastructure asset requiring condition assessments and an asset repair plan for ten HV towers and the 110kV conductor.
TOBA facilitated the project solution planning, guiding the appropriate asset lifecycle outcomes against safety, cost and network planning (i.e. repair, retain in perpetuity, or remove). The project was tasked with managing asset condition assessments and surveys, detailed scope development, consultant design planning, business case development, detailed design management and construction planning
